Today you turn 1. And what a year you've had!
It has been a year of nothing but firsts! Everything you got to do this year has been for the first time ever. How cool is that?!
First smile, first bottle, first fall.
First time to giggle, sit up, roll over, crawl, stand.
First time to try food, ride in the car, swing.
This WAS your first Rodeo!
Your first teeth appeared and your personality blossomed. You love to chase the dog and you are drawn to animals of all sorts. You are very observant and quite capable of getting in to all sorts of trouble. And while you aren't forming words yet, you have found your voice. And it is loud.
You have grown so much, my sweet.
It has been our absolute joy to watch you grow and learn and thrive. It seems like this year has flown by. Thankfully your crazy mom takes lots of pictures so it's well documented.
We are so proud of how well you are doing. You seem so happy and for that we are so thankful. We want nothing but the world for you. And we want you to know that you are loved. Oh Child, you are loved.
Our wish is for the next year to be one of many more milestones and memories and we can't wait to watch you continue to grow.
You are our best decision and our greatest invention.
