Her Stocking

I practiced self control for almost two weeks and now I just don't care. Her stocking is hung! And it's perfect! 

What a difference a year makes! Last year I didn't decorate the house for Christmas. I lacked the Christmas spirit something fierce and the tree - while up - had no ornaments. None. But this year I just can't wait! It's our first Christmas as a FAMILY! It's HER first Christmas! Granted I know she won't remember a thing but we will and that's what counts. 

And it brings me so much joy to see our stockings hung on the mantle. :)

Today I'm thankful for naps, Gripe Water and the Christmas spirit!
