His & Hers

Her parents are crazy. Poor child. She has no chance.

Let's start with me.

I usually use a different toothpaste than my Beloved and I ran out. I have a new box under the cabinet somewhere but I was in a hurry the other day and used his. And I liked it! So I've been using it ever since. He mentioned one night that I had more of the kind I usually use. I told him I liked his better now.

The next morning I get up to brush my teeth and I can't find the toothpaste in the drawer. I immediately think "he hid it from me!!!" I open the other drawer and couldn't find it there either. I was so annoyed! Then I looked in my right hand and found it. I'm still not sure when I picked it up.

Since it was only the dog and the baby who witnessed my crazy, I thought about not telling anyone. But I told my Beloved and he laughed a lot. Probably because I'm nuts.

Now to him!

We watch a lot of the Sprout channel mainly because it's something easy and I don't have to worry about what's coming on. The Sprout channel also makes feeding her a little easier. Anything on will hold her attention long enough to shovel some food into her.

The other night we're watching something on the DVR and it's time to feed her. She was being a pill so we put it on Sprout. Angelina Ballerina was on. It's a cartoon about a mouse that's a ballerina - so cute! So Alice watches and finishes eating and I tell my Beloved we can start the show again.

He says "can we watch the end? I want to see what happens." on Angelina Ballerina. Oh my.

So last night we're watching The Big Bang Theory and there is a character who writes a song for his wife. It's a silly little sweet song and I get all choked up.

Daniel laughs at me.

Well, a few minutes later a different couple on the show were having a moment and she was taking all the things he'd given her throughout the years out of a box. I look over at my Beloved and guess who's choked up?!

Yep!

I said "seriously?! Weren't you just making fun of me?!"
His response - "shut up!"

See. Crazy.

As I'm typing this I ask about 'then' and 'than'. I type so fast and seriously, I couldn't find toothpaste in my own hand so I can use all the help I can get.

So he wrote me a cheat sheet.

He's so helpful.

;)

Until next time......

(Editor's note. My Beloved says he was not "choked up" but "at most, moved slightly." Whatever.)

Tell Daniel I need a note for affect and effect.

He says that one's tricky! You might be on your own. ;)
