Here is the RAP 'matching' photo.
We received another pair of shoes. These were smaller and actually fit her. When they arrived, I put them on and she had the usual meltdown. She sat in the middle of her room crying until I came to take them off. This might not be such a bad reaction, at least I have a way to keep her in one place when I have to use the restroom! ;)
Today I put them on over her jammies. She started out unhappy but quickly realized I was not returning to her room to save her so she sucked it up and made them work. The shoes do slow her down. She stops every few feet to point at them as if to say "now?! will you take these disgusting things off NOW?!" Nope. Suck it up.
She stayed in them for almost two hours!! HALLELUJAH!
Every time she would stand up, she would shake her foot hoping the shoe would fall off. Silly baby.
The KIR challenge is 'garage' so here goes!
I try not to go out there unless I'm getting in my car. It's dirty and dark and almost outside. ;) I grew up in a house where the garage was used as storage so parking in a garage wasn't something I was used to. My Beloved, on the other hand grew up using the garage like a garage so we get to park in ours. And it's lovely. If you look closely you will see a stress ball hanging from a string on my windshield. This is so I don't drive through the water heater.
My Beloved and I see this differently. He sees it as a guide to ease up to. I see it as an object to hit! This worries him.
Until next time....
