B is for....

Bath time!

We are very lucky because Alice seems to love bath time. She's never fussed, it's great. 

Every night my Beloved bathes her. He talks to her, he sings to her and she splashes and splashes. This is one of my favorite times of the day. While I'm getting her room ready for bed I can hear them talking to each other. It brings me joy. :)

When she was first home we used a small infant insert in the sink. (It was actually the green piece to this set lent to us by a friend.) When she started growing and moving more, we needed a bigger tub. We found this one at Buy Buy Baby and she loves it. It hooks on to the sink and came with a newborn sling. She no longer needs the sling and seems to have no trouble with the new set up. 

She LOVES to splash! She kicks and kicks and splashes with her hands. She gets the kitchen all wet - window, floor, husband. I love it! She also LOVES to eat bubbles - the Beloved spends the majority of the bath attempting to prevent this. It's entertaining. 

Our girls loves a nice hot bubble bath - this she might get from her mother. ;)
