A Moment

Last night we took our very first family stroll through the neighborhood!

It wasn't too hot and we got to try out our big girl stroller! Thanks Aunt Pat, Uncle Mike and Joseph!! After hours of trying out strollers, we ended up registering for this one. It's light weight and easy to fold. It was only after we got it that I started reading the reviews and panicked a little. I didn't realize it didn't have shoulder straps. What kind of mother doesn't realize that?! However I don't think it matters. She doesn't seem to care. And we managed to get around the neighborhood without her falling out. As long as she has stuff to look at - she's pretty content.

Our Alice seems to really like being outside. She loves to watch the sky and the trees. This concerns me. She gets this from her father. ;) And she seemed to have a good time. She just laid back and looked around - much too cool for words.

Look how serious she takes this walking stuff.

We all came back red faced and I'm pretty sure the dog collapsed as soon as he got inside. We might be a bit out of shape. :)

It was a lovely walk and beautiful moment.

A sweaty moment. But beautiful nonetheless.
