First, there are only two options.
1 - Do you have service?
2 - Do you want service?
And when you dial 0 - it just sends you back to the original choices. None of which will help our problem.
When I try 1 or 2 (which we've tried NUMEROUS times) and I DO get a person, after telling them my issue they SAY they're going to transfer me to an agent who can help me. Only they transfer me right back to 1 or 2.
Ridiculously unhelpful.
The past few bills we've received have been red with "this is the last notice- your service will end!" bills. If only they would try CALLING Brenda and getting her REAL address.
We've had such issues attempting to tell DISH they have the wrong address that we've given up. Now we just throw them away.
And then today this arrived.

Since we don't know Brenda & she isn't living in our attic, they will get a very well worded note clearly stating the issue and how much we've gone through in an attempt to help DISH with this issue. But no dish.
This is an awfully expensive way to send a letter but it isn't costing us anything. Silly, Dish.
